Iran And Gaz De France Form Joint Gas Company
Iran and Gaz de France have formed the Iranian French Gas Cooperation Company(IFGCC), a joint venture in which both parties will hold 50%. The new companyhas been the subject of speculation for some time and its formation follows theFrench Government's approval for Gaz de France's participation.
