Changes Planned In Senior Kuwaiti Oil Posts

Mr. 'Ali Ahmad al-Baghli, the Kuwaiti Oil Minister, said last week that somesenior officials in the state oil companies would be dismissed shortly in areshuffle designed to improve efficiency in the oil sector.
