Kuwait Responds With Mixed Reactions To OPEC Decision
Kuwait has responded with mixed reactions to OPEC's decision to roll overthe 2Q production ceiling into the 3Q with no change in the production quota ofKuwait. Cabinet and government officials, while expressing regret for the OPECdecision, nonetheless expressed support for market stability.
