Saudi Arabian Non-Gold Reserves Sink To $5.9bn, Says BIS
Saudi Arabia's official non-gold reserves fell to $5.9bn at the end of 1992,according to the latest Annual Report of the Basle-based Bank for InternationalSettlements (BIS). The report, which was issued on 14 June, says that thereserves fell by $5.9bn in 1991, were unchanged in 1990, and fell by $5.1bn in1990 and $3.8bn in 1989.
