Sonatrach Sells LPG To Turkey
An agreement was signed in mid-June between Sonatrach and Turkiye PetrolRaffinerileri (Tupras) for the sale of 2mn tons/year of Algerian liquefiedpetroleum gas (LPG) to Turkey. The agreement is for five years, with deliveriesto start in July 1993.
In April 1988, Sonatrach signed an agreement with Turkey's Botas for thedelivery of 2bn cu. ms./yr of liquified natural gas (LNG) beginning in 1994 andextending over a 20-year period.
