Lubricating oil production capacity in the Arab countries rose to over 2mntons/year in 1992 compared with just over 1mn tons/year in 1982, according to apaper by Mr. Al-Tayyib Wannadah of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) submitted to OAPEC's ThirdSeminar on theUtilization and Marketing of Lubricants in the Arab Countries held in Cairo lastApril.
