Non-OECD Oil Consumption Averaged 28.62mn B/D In 1991
Non-OECD oil product consumption averaged 28.62mn b/d in 1991, compared to28.28mn b/d in 1990 and 26.12mn b/d in 1986, according to the recently publishedIEA Energy Statistics and Balances of Non-OECD Countries 1990-1991. Incomparison, OECD oil consumption in 1991 averaged 38.17mn b/d, compared to37.97mn b/d in 1990 and 35.67mn b/d in 1986 (see table below).
