Dragon Oil Output Averages 44,765 B/D In 2009
Dubai-based Dragon Oil on 22 January released a trading statement saying that crude oil production in the Cheleken Contract Area offshore Turkmenistan rose 9% to average 44,765 b/d during 2009, adding that end of year production had reached a landmark level of 50,000 b/d. By comparison production during 2008 had averaged 40,992 b/d. The company said that it sold 10.5mn barrels...
