Iraq UN Sanctions Committee Specifies Procedures for Iraqi Oil Sales butGo-ahead Remains in Doubt
The UN Security Council's Sanctions Committee has approved a detailed set ofprocedures for sales of Iraqi oil under strict UN monitoring and controls (forfull text see D Section).
