Iran Issues Specifications for Bandar Abbas Shipyard
Iran has issued specifications for a shipyard it plans to construct in BandarAbbas. International companies have been requested to resubmit proposals for theconstruction of the Persian Gulf Ship Yard (PGSY) which is expected to cost$60mn. Pre-qualification bids will be evaluated by Tarh Andishan, an Iranianengineering and consultancy firm.
