The Board of Directors of the Arab Maritime Petroleum Transport Company (AMPTC)held a regular meeting in Cairo on 25 October and decided to open a branch inCairo from which the operations of the company will be run. The meeting wasattended by the full members of the board - namely, the UAE, Bahrain, Algeria,Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya and Egypt.
