KOC Engineers Plug Oil Leaks at Mina al-Ahmadi Terminal
Engineers from the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) have stopped two oil leaks fromloading terminals at Kuwait's Mina al- Ahmadi refinery, it was announced on 23April. Despite earlier efforts to stop the flow of oil from the storage tanks,the leaks had allowed crude oil to seep into the Gulf at a rate of between 1,500and 3,000 b/d.
