Nazer Denies Reports of Fall in Saudi Capacity and Delay in ExpansionProgram

Saudi Arabia's Oil Minister, Mr. Hisham Nazer, has firmly denied recent mediareports suggesting that Saudi crude oil production capacity has fallen wellbelow 8.5mn b/d and that implementation of its plan to expand capacity to 10mnb/d has been delayed.
