IPC Signs Cooperation Agreement with Sonatrach

The Canadian firm International Petroleum Corporation (IPC) signed on 18 Junea one-year cooperation agreement with Algeria's Sonatrach to conduct geologicaland geophysical studies, including the reprocessing of existing seismic data, inan 8,600 sq. km. area in the western part of Algeria, north of the city ofBechar.
