NOC Signs Offshore Production Sharing Agreement with INA-Naftaplin

MEES learns that Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) signed a productionsharing agreement for offshore acreage with Yugoslavia's INA-Naftaplin on 4December in Benghazi. The deal, the second this year between the two firms(MEES, 17 July), forms part of the third round of exploration and productionsharing agreements (EPSA III) launched in the summer of 1988.
