Amoco Awarded $600mn by Hague Tribunal
The Hague Tribunal, which was set up in 1981 to mediate between Iran andthe US on financial disputes arising out of the Iranian revolution, on 15 Juneannounced that it had awarded the US oil company Amoco $600mn - its largestaward so far - in settlement of two claims.
