Saudi Ministry Licenses Titanium Dioxide Project

The Saudi Ministry of Commerce has issued a license for the National TitaniumDioxide Company, the joint venture which is to build a $128mn titanium dioxideplant at Yanbu' on the Red Sea, and construction plans are scheduled to befinalized in December.
