Four-Nation Arab Summit Proclaims Arab Cooperation Council

The Heads of State of Egypt, Iraq, Jordan and North Yemen proclaimed inBaghdad on 16 February the establishment of the Arab Cooperation Council (ACC)and approved its statutes and by-laws.
