IFAD Lends $26mn to Tunisia-Algerian Project
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has agreed to lend$26mn towards the cost of a joint Tunisian and Algerian agricultural project.The total cost of the project, which covers about 1.1mn hectares on both sidesof the border and is aimed at reversing environmental degradation, is $55.6mn.
