Turkey, Iraq And Syria Sign MOU On Water Use From Euphrates And Tigris

At a ministerial meeting held in Ankara on 3 September, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed to establish joint measurement stations on the Euphrates and Tigris rivers.
