Kuwait Wants $18/B Target Price Retained

Kuwait's Oil Minister, Shaikh 'Ali Khalifah al-Sabah has underlined hiscountry's long-term view of the oil market by calling for the retention of the$18/B target price reaffirmed by OPEC last November.
