Iraq Notifies Customers of 70% Cut in Yanbu' Availability for November

MEESunderstands that Iraq's State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) has notified allits customers for liftings of Iraqi crude oil from the Yanbu' terminal on SaudiArabia's Red Sea coast that availability of Iraqi Basrah Light crude ex-Yanbu'is expected to be reduced to around 30% of contracted volumes for the month ofNovember.
