GIB Signs YKB Loan, Leads Indonesia

The $50mn pre-export financing arranged by Gulf International Bank (GIB) forYapi ve Kredi Bankasi (MEES, 3 November) was signed on 27 November in Bahrain.The facility provides YKB with funds over a 13-month period at a 1.125% spreadover Libor, and was lead managed by GIB, Kuwait Asia Bank (KAB), and Bank ofTokyo.
