KFAED Extends $24.9mn in Aid to Four Countries
The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development has extended loans and technical assistance grants worth $24.94mn to four countries, as follows:
- A $15.5mn loan to Jordan to part-finance a 26-km. road between Wadi al-Yutum and the 'Aqaba coast. The loan is repayable in 19 years, including a three-year grace period, and carries a 3% annual interest rate plus 0.5% for administrative charges.
