Shakshuki in Charge of Oil Affairs 

The General People's Congress, Libya's supreme legislative body, during its annual meetings earlier this month con- firmed Mr. Fawzi Shakshuki as Secretary (Minister) of the General People's Committee for Planning in Charge of Oil.
