KRG Announces First Payment For Oil Investors
The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) of northern Iraq on 5 May announced it had received written notice from the federal Ministry of Finance regarding release of the first oil export payment to the KRG contractors, in what the KRG is touting as a significant step towards resolving its oil dispute with Baghdad.
