Bahr Al-'Ulum Survives Bomb Attack En Route To Baiji Crude Unit Inauguration
In further evidence of the woeful security conditions in and around Baghdad, Oil Minister Ibrahim Bahr al-ʹUlum survived a bomb attack on his convoy in Baghdad on 3 October.
