Second Blast At Tehran Building Housing BP Office

A small explosive device went off in a Tehran commercial building housing offices of BP and British Airways on 2 November. This was the second time the building had been targeted by bombers there was a blast outside the office block in the summer (MEES, 8 August). Reports said the device was placed in the stairwell on the 10th floor of the building, but no casualties resulted.
