Ratqa And Abdali Production Resumes; Kuwaits March Production Averaging 2.3Mn B/D

Kuwait announced last week that it has resumed production from the Abdali (20,000 b/d) and Ratqa (40,000 b/d) oilfields and plans to bring them up to their capacity of 80,000-85,000 b/d shortly.
