OPEC Antitrust Case Taken To Federal Appeals Court

The US plaintiff in the overturned antitrust suit against OPEC, gasoline station operator Prewitt Enterprises of Birmingham, Alabama, on behalf of others, has taken the case to the federal appeals court in Atlanta, Georgia.
