ChinaSeeks Gasoline Term Contract With Iran
Chinese refiners Sinopec and Petrochina arenegotiating with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for an agreement tosupply lead-free gasoline to Iranunder a term contract. While Iranhas been a frequent buyer of Chinese gasoline for a number of years, MEESunderstands that the supplies have so far been arranged through traders. Now Chinais looking to market the gasoline to NIOC directly.
