House Of Lords Rejects Appeal In KOTC Fraud Case

According to Kuwaits parliamentary weekly al-Dustur, the British House of Lords on 28 December rejected the appeal launched by the defense in the embezzlement case involving the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC).
