ESAI Predicts 1.4Mn B/D Non-OPEC Production Hike And "Modest" OPEC Output Rise In 2000
Non-OPEC production may rise by 1.4mn b/d this year and a further 1mn b/d in 2001, limiting OPECs options and bringing the oil price down to $19-20/B for WTI, according to Energy Security Analysis Inc (ESAI) of Washington DC.
