Joint Saudi-Kuwaiti Technical Committees To Implement Offshore Neutral Zone Agreement

Kuwaits National Assembly on 12 July ratified an agreement signed with Saudi Arabia 10 days earlier demarcating the offshore border between the two states in the Neutral Zone (MEES, 10 July).
