Conoco And Elf Receive Letter Of Intent For Dair Al-Zur Gas Project

The state-owned Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC) has given a letter of intent to Conocoof the US and Elf of France for the Dair al-Zur Gas Project. This will take the form of aservice contract shared 50/50 by the two companies, which will also share theoperatorship.
