Azerbaijan Parliament Endorses Inam Offshore Contract
The Azerbaijani parliament ratified its 11th offshoreexploration and production sharing contract with a foreign consortium on 1 December (MEES,30 November). The contract is for the Inam structure which lies about 200 kms. south ofBaku. Socars foreign oil partners have agreed to finance Socars share duringthe exploration period.
