IRGC Withdraws From South Pars 15-16

Khatam al-Anbiya, the construction arm of Irans Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), announced on 16 July that it was withdrawing from the execution of a $2bn contract for the development of South Pars gas field Phases 15 and 16.
