BAPCO Refinery Plans $54Mn Upgrade For Blending Fuels
The government-owned Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) which operates and manages the250,000 b/d refinery at Sitra is planing to carry out a $54mn upgrade project within 30months, according to the Bahraini Minister of Oil and Industry, Shaikh Isa bin Ali AlKhalifah. The project entails the fitting of a new blending system for gasoline, dieseland fuel oil to allow for improved production versatility....
