Kyoto Climate Change Conference Reaches Agreement On Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Delegates to the UN Conference on Climate Change in Kyoto, Japan, agreed on the text ofa protocol on 11 December that places binding limits on the emission of six greenhousegases (GHG), particularly carbon dioxide.
