Obituary: Ambassador Kital
Dr. Rahim al-Kital, the Iraqi ambassador to Austria and the residentrepresentative to the UN, died in Vienna on 13 June at the age of 62. AmbassadorKital, a physicist, served intermittently as head of the Iraqi delegation to theOPEC ministerial conferences during the past five years, and was his country'sresident representative at the Vienna-based International Atomic EnergyAssociation (IAEA) and a member of its Board.
