Mahfouz Sues ADIA and Mr. Ghanim al-Mazrui
On 10 January Mr. Mahfouz issued a writ in London against the Abu DhabiInvestment Authority (ADIA) and its head, Mr. Ghanim Faris al-Mazrui. The suitcalls for recognition that Mr. Mazrui and ADIA are liable to pay Mr. Mahfouz upto $10.5bn in compensation for any award made against him in the Touche Rosscase.
