Iraq Starts Petrol Rationing
Iraq started on 23 October the rationing of gasoline and lubricants.Passenger cars are allowed 30 liters of gasoline weekly and five liters oflubricating oil a month, while heavy commercial vehicles will receive 180 litersof diesel a week.
