Iranian Motorists Pay More For Rationed Gasoline
Subsidized rations of gasoline at IR1,000 (US Cents 9.6)/liter for Iranian motorists were discontinued as of the Iranian month of Bahman, starting on 21 January. The head of Irans Transportation and Fuel Management Office, Mohammad Rouyanian said last week that a motorist would then be able to purchase a ration of 60 liters/month of semi-subsidized gasoline at IR4,000 ($0.39)/liter...
