Saudi Arabia Signs $4bn Loan with 20 Banks
Saudi Arabia ended months of speculation in early May when it finally signeda loan agreement with 20 international banks. MEES understands that the amountof the loan is $4bn and not the $4.5bn widely reported. The loan had beenexpected to be for $3.5bn. MEES also understands that the pricing on the loan is3/8 over Libor with a 1/8 front end fee. This compares with the pricing of 1/2%...
