Yanbu' Solvents Plant Nears Completion
The Saudi-French Hydrocarbon Solvent Company (Safra) expects to commissionits 70,000 ton/year plant at Yanbu' this month, with commercial start-upscheduled for May. Safra is a consortium owned 10% by France's Total and 90% by11 Saudi investors, and its output will consist of aliphatic and aromaticsolvents (MEES, 15 February 1988).
