Japanese Buyers Boost Crude Purchases from Iran
Japanese term customers have substantially increased their contractual crudeoil liftings from Iran for the first quarter of 1989. Agreements finalized sofar between NIOC and its Japanese customers for the first quarter amount to265,000 b/d, and possible additional contracts could raise the volume furthertowards 300,000 b/d.
