Algerias $150Bn Development Program Stresses Domestic Input
On recently announcing a proposed $150bn development program for 2010-14, Algerias President Abdelaziz Bouteflika stressed reliance on the domestic market for its implementation, rather than foreign direct investment (FDI). The plan is expected to be launched in April, and so far few details have been revealed. Local economists said that they were still awaiting clarification...
