Onarep Awards Shell Three Offshore Exploration Permits
The state-owned Office National de Recherches et d'Exploitations Petrolieres(Onarep) awarded last month three exploration permits to Royal/Dutch Shell undera new hydrocarbon law. Onarep will own 35% of the venture and Shell 65%.
