IDB Approves $86mn in Loans
The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has agreed to lend Niger $2.59mn to helpfinance the construction of high schools in Niger under a loan agreement signedin Jiddah on 19 October. The Board of Executive Directors on 28 October approved $86mn in foreign trade and project loans, asfollows:
