The new joint venture lube oil blending plant in Riyadh - owned 51% byMuhammad 'Abd Allah al-Jumaih and 49% by Shell Lubricating Oil Company - wasofficially inaugurated last week by the Amir of Riyadh, Prince Salman ibn 'Abdal-'Aziz.
